The motion picture, The Mentor has a budget and return in mind so we are careful not to sacrifice excellence. This film does not contain action packed car chases, outrageous explosions, or even require any major special effects. This film does however supply adult situational humor, romance, warmth, and reality to capture its audience. The film uses a backdrop of scenes in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Metro New Jersey. The film also utilizes the fantastic views of The Statue of Liberty and the Manhattan skyline. The story line is almost virtually assured a profit from Box Office Sales, Video, DVD, Cable and Pay Per View. Also added to that would be the European Market.

We are seeking to raise the entire cost of production privately. Our goal is to produce a commercially successful film, thereby returning a profit to our investors. The pre-production of the original screenplay is assembled from a very talented and experienced cast, as well as an accomplished crew. We have set about the process of pre-production with the utmost of care. We have selected every cast and crew member meticulously. We are now searching for the financial resources to complete the project and set production in motion. We have a rock solid foundation and are firmly on the way to making a romantically funny and dramatic film. We feel that the projected culmination of these two attributes will produce a commercially successful moneymaker for all our investors.

Now is a wonderful time for independent films with all the huge multi-theatre "complex" building screens, specifically tailored for small independents to show alongside Hollywood extravaganzas. The market place has been more than accommodating. Independent Films are a millennial moneymaker to investors in the light that they can be taken directly to the big screen to theaters nation wide. For example, films such as Brothers McMullen, Sex, Lies and Video Tapes, Fargo, Leaving Las Vegas, Full Monty, Coyote Ugly, Summer of Sam and the most popular The Blair Witch Project, just to name a few. As mentioned previously the film will go the gauntlet of national release, Video, DVD, Cable, Pay Per View, and Overseas rights that will ensure to make a profit for all our investors. There is also a very lucrative potential for the soundtrack, including Mr. DeLorenzo's hit single, They All Remind Me Of You, as well as The Legendary “Oldies” and Rock Groups that are under consideration, as well as all those artists who have already been secured for the Project. The film’s musical score and new aspiring artists will be in the forefront of a new sound. We are as well, highly enthusiastic and optimistic that the film will appeal to a wide demographic audience. 

This truly hilarious romantic comedy was written BY this generation, ABOUT this generation, and FOR this generation. After the script, the greatest guarantee of a successful film is its cast and crew. Combined with leading stars and marketable names, a cast of accomplished, discovered actors and actresses in the motion picture industry from the top acting schools in New York City and Los Angeles will be included. The crew is far from being undiscovered, and we do not compromise any level of talent and experience that veterans of both the film and television industry posses.

Once an independent film is completed, the greatest challenge is finding a profitable distribution network. As a result, most directors take their films to film festivals, such as Sundance. While various avenues remain open to us, we are depending upon the virtue of  our business associates, various executives and constituents to take our finished product directly to the big screen with distribution already provided. This will include several major distribution companies, which have already expressed interest. We have received overwhelming favorable responses to the written work via the press, media, and radio and have engendered standing invites to all of them for private viewing of the film once it is completed prior to its premiere.

The Mentor pronounces a way of throwing down a gauntlet, a movie at it's best; a bolt of lightning meant to shake the viewer out of there habits and complacency, reminding them not only how priceless the arts ought to be... but life and love as well.

Investors are being offered a financial percentage of the net proceeds plus a fraction of points on the film. Point spread is based upon the amount that is invested. Letters Of Intent, Bonds Of Commitment and Disclosers will be needed and the film budget is set for a minimum of 5 to 7 million dollars. The marketable name playing the role of "The Mentor" must be put on retainer. A target date of completion and release will be set and announced at a very near future date. We hope you decide to come onboard with us as we ride a successful film into a theatre near you.
