CURRENT
UPDATE TO ALL OF MY CAST AND CREW ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE CAST AND CREW
RENOWNED RADIO AND TELEVISION CELEBRITY AND AUTHOR A “LIVING LEGEND” and an “ICON” in the Entertainment Industry and Mr. DeLorenzo’s “MENTOR” In Real Life Mr Mr. Joe Franklin organized the very first format of what is known today as the “T.V. Talk Show”, after which a History of every Major TV Show followed thereafter. Mr. Joe Franklin ALWAYS WILL BE KNOWN FOR taking Countless Unknown Struggling Artists and Aspiring Artists that have the vision, professionalism and talent to become CELEBRITIES and WORLD RENOWNED STARS. “CONGRATULATIONS” TO MR. PETE DeLORENZO FOR NOW BECOMING ONE OF THE NEWEST “WORLD WIDE RENOWNED STARS!!!!!” May we
give all Honor and Glory To GOD Almighty who ORCHESTRATED ALL OF THIS AND
MADE IT BECOME A REALITY. After Thirty Three and a Half Years of
tenacity, zealousness, sacrifice and hard work which is the basis of Mr.
DeLorenzo’s film “The Mentor”, we again give all thanks to GOD, Mr. Joe
Franklin and In Loving Memory of Mr. Gene Cougan
for completing and bringing to Fruition at the HIGHLIGHT and PINNACLE
of Mr. DeLorenzo’s Career, A Long Awaited Dream Come True and in Making Mr.
DeLorenzo’s Name PARAMOUNT In The Entertainment Industry. * As Kambri mentioned, we did this weird thing on
SWEET! I simply can't explain how awesome this dude was. He sang an original song, which he dedicated to his mentor, Joe Franklin (who you can see visibly squirming in the background of that first photo). This gist of the song was that, no matter how famous he got and how much his music moved people (the song actually included lines like "After the roar of the crowd, after the spotlight fades..."), he would never forget the one who has was always there for him. Presumably, this is meant to be a woman, but he sang the song entirely to Joe (with his back squarely to the camera half the time, as seen in photo # 2), reaching out to him as if he might at any minute he might give Joe's cheek a soft caress. It gave giving the whole thing a fascinating and tender prison rape vibe. There were also a lot of wonderful closed eyes/clenched fist moments, where you could almost see the guy saying to himself, "I am blowing these people's minds--hell, I'm blowing my own mind..." My
favorite moment was probably when he got to that "After the roar of the
crowd..." line. In the musical vamp between verses, he told the audience
that he was going to require our participation. Now I should mention that, in
order to break the world's
record, a small studio audience was required at all times. In this case, the
"audience" consisted of a few surly Staten Island firemen and some
doughy middle aged folks who I assume were relatives of the guys producing on
the show (very nice and industrious fellows, by the way). They appeared to
have been there for hours and were a subdued group, to say the least. So when
the magnificent singer dude got to his line, "After the roar of the
crowd", he gestured to the audience with a majestic sweep of his hand.
At this point, the 12-15 people in the room forced out a half-assed
cheer/moan that sounded not unlike a group of zombies being shown a third
grade magic trick. Ah, the roar of the crowd indeed... A special thank you to Mr. Christian Finnegan for the great review on Mr. DeLorenzo’s recent “Live Appearance” on Time Warner’s MoranoVision Telethon. You may want to check out Mr. Finnegan’s website here. On behalf of Mr. DeLorenzo and the entire staff, cast and crew of his upcoming motion picture, “The Mentor”, all of us here at DeLorenzo Enterprise would like to congratulate Mr. Frank Morano for successfully breaking the new 2005 Guinness World Book Of Records in succeeding in Hosting a 33 hour “Live” Talk Show Segment NON STOP!!! The event was wonderful and was adorned with many great guests such as: Joe Franklin, Ken Kramer, Amazing Kreskin, Morris Katz, Richard Bey, Bernard Goetz, and Curtis of The Guardian Angels and of course Pete DeLorenzo. You’re the Best, Frank Morano and we all knew that you would do it!!! Keep up the great work!!!
To all members of the cast and crew of my Major Motion Picture, “The Mentor”, this is a very important announcement. I say this humbly to all of you, yet with a bittersweet frustration that believe me, I know and you all know who are the focused people on this project, yet I have found myself to habitually repeat myself time and time again answering the same questions over and over that many of you have already asked. Please understand me from the inner most part of my heart as your Producer that I have all of your interests at heart and that I am dealing with virtually thousands of people on this project and I am putting in long and extensive hours on behalf of all of us, not just myself and that this is a labor of love which to any true professional they would be able to understand. I find it almost absurd that I would have to post this announcement on my web site for the world to see which gets thousands of hits when I have been completely thorough and extensively explanatory with everyone as to the protocol of what is requested and required of all of you. I do not think it is an outlandish request to ask that anyone who has been cast or who is about to be cast to check into this office periodically and to go to the web site specifically (the cast and crew page) “Which is Your Bible” as to the status of how the project is progressing as well as all updates concerning the project. It is for this reason much against my will that certain individuals have been dismissed from the project and have more or less omitted themselves. I have had the inconvenience of recasting certain people not to mention the countless individuals who cannot follow simple instructions, take direction, take charge of their lives and careers to send out material requested or for that matter return phone calls. Other pages that should be hit are the treatment on the Mentor Page, the Soundtrack Page, Upcoming Events Page so that any of you that are available for such events could come out and support these events being that you are all a part of this “family” on the project. We all must give each other support and there is not one day that goes by that I do not think about all of you, pray for all of you, and want the best for each and everyone of you. I find it extremely hard to comprehend why I can have so many focused people and yet others that continuously give me lame excuses, procrastination and their full itinerary of how busy their schedules are and yet not take into consideration of how busy mine is as well. Let me clarify that amidst my performances, charities, conference calls, meetings, networking, cameo appearances, radio and TV shots, interviews with the press, I am in this office going 24/7 on the project in order to take us all to the finish line. I love each and everyone of you with all my heart, I value all of you and treasure all of you and yet I am drained in having to answer the same questions as to when the shoot date will begin or as to when everyone will get their scenes and sides and crosses of script, contracts, and shooting date, etc. I have gone 7 years in the making of this film through trials and tribulations beyond your comprehension and was seeking to do it independently and now thanks to Mr. Joe Franklin and others this film will be bigger then huge. Therefore without belaboring this message any further I would hope and trust that all of you, my staff, cast and crew will have more compassion, knowledge, understanding, and trust that I am working earnestly and constantly on all of our behalf. In my eyes you are all my stars that will assist me in taking the words from my script and breathing life into these characters and truly making this dream a reality. As I stated earlier we are closer than you think, keep the faith, keep on praying, for very soon the day is upon us where I will be able to say, LIGHTS, CAMERA, ACTION!!! I love and respect you all, Professionally yours, Pete DeLorenzo
Please
click to the Upcoming Events Page for any upcoming events and info. I EXPECT
EVERYONE ON THIS PROJECT to be on their toes, and to keep hitting the website
for UPDATES AND FUTURE EVENTS surrounding the project. We are getting closer
than you think and if everything goes on target WE COULD BE POSSIBLY STARTING
PRODUCTION in approximately 5 months. Recently, we are proud to
announce that we are getting EXTREMELY closer to PRODUCTION. Major Investors are starting to come
forward and all Marketable Names, Notables and Musical Artists have been
SECURED and others are in the process of being Secured for the project. There
has been a Huge Amount of New Submissions of artists and demo’s, there has
also been a lot of Recasting of Roles due to those that have been “DISMISSED”
from the project FOR LACK OF COOPERATION AND FOCUS. We are still in the realm
of Recasting and Finalizing these roles. Also we are proud to announce the
FINALIZING of the PRINCIPLE ROLE OF THE LEADING LADY and IN THE VERY
NEAR FUTURE that of the PRINCIPLE ROLE OF “THE NOW LETS MAKE OUR
MOVIE, “THE Professionally yours, Pete DeLorenzo |

Mr.
DeLorenzo is proud to announce on behalf of DeLorenzo Enterprise/PKI
Productions that after long extreme careful examination of all actresses that
have auditioned, it was extremely hard in making a final decisions in
casting. All those that have read for
this part and for that matter any part have been cast with very careful
consideration. I am overwhelmed with the amount of talent that has come
through my office for casting. I have seen a tremendous amount of
talent. I am proud to announce that Miss Kimberly Hopkins has been cast for
the SUPPORTING ROLE of the Ex-Wife Maria. Congratulations to all of the cast,
for you are all my stars. Respectfully Yours Pete DeLorenzo. |

On May 2, 2004, Mr.
DeLorenzo attended the New York Film Festival at the Village East, New York
City for the screening of “The Search Of Mr. F.” a film of which Mr.
DeLorenzo appeared in. Along the way
in the process, Mr. DeLorenzo bumped into a photographer by the name of Sam
Bassett who approached Mr. DeLorenzo and claimed he liked Pete’s fashion
statement, recognized who he was and wanted to shoot someone famous to build
up his portfolio. They both exchanged
business cards and a few weeks later, Mr. Bassett contacted Mr. DeLorenzo and
arranged to come out to Pete’s office and did a 6 hour pro-bono photo shoot,
some 350 shots later that were absolutely phenomenal. Mr. DeLorenzo proclaimed that in all of his
34 years of show business he had never seen photography work such as Mr.
Bassett’s. Every photo that was shot
was one better than the other; all shots were done in high definition, 3
dimensional and with extreme luminosity.
Mr. Sam Bassett has magnificent control of light and what he does with
his camera is equivalent to what George Harrison, Stevie
Ray Vaughn, BB King, and Eric Clapton have done with a guitar. It is for this reason that Mr. DeLorenzo
has not only highly recommended his people to Mr. Bassett for any of their
photographic needs but has also appointed Mr. Sam Bassett as his Personal
Photographer and his Head Staff Photographer for all stills for the duration
of Mr. DeLorenzo’s Major Motion Picture and Film Project, “The Mentor”. Mr.
Sam Bassett, we salute you and applaud and are very proud to have you on
board of this project and for all future endeavors. or 917-701-1234 105

Recently on January of
2005, Mr. DeLorenzo had the extreme honor of being reunited with a long time
friend and colleague Mr. Shawn Klush in a cameo
appearance in concert in Pittston, PA.
He also had the honor of once again seeing long time fans and friends
such as Shawn’s wife Bev, Shawn’s parents Eddie
and Betty and during his set singing to Shawn’s two children Troy and
Shelby. Mr. DeLorenzo met Shawn Klush back in the 80’s when they were both hired to
perform for the retirement party of Mr. Rocky Colivetto who was formerly with the Cincinnati Reds, Baltimore Orioles
and retired as a Yankee Pin striper. After which through the compliments of Mr.
Jimmy Bruzzetti who
brought them together in the first place they began working shows and
concerts throughout the Pennsylvania area and Mr. DeLorenzo was instrumental
in getting Mr. Shawn Klush his first National TV
shot with the “Legendary”, Joe Franklin.
Shawn and Pete to this day have always been tight friends and
colleagues there will be future concerts and road tours ahead. Shawn Klush is not to be confused or compared to the “Drug
Store” Elvis Impersonators that are out there on the circuit, but rather that
he does a “Tribute” to Elvis. It is
Mr. DeLorenzo’s endorsement that, believe you me, you will not come closer to
anyone that looks and sounds like Elvis more than Mr. Shawn Klush. Mr.
DeLorenzo has worked with a lot of Elvis impersonators throughout his career
and there are none that can compare or come close to the likes of Mr. Shawn Klush. He is the
closest that you will ever get to the real thing and carries on the memories,
the look, and sound of “The King Of Rock And Roll”! On behalf
of Mr. DeLorenzo, DeLorenzo/PKI Productions and the entire Staff, Cast and
Crew of the Major Motion Picture, “The Mentor” are proud to announce that Mr.
Shawn Klush has given his consent along with his
Manager to appear as himself in Mr. DeLorenzo’s film, “The Mentor” as well as
for inclusion on the sound track. We
applaud you and salute you Mr. Shawn Klush, Mr. Dan
Lentino, Eddie and Betty, Bev, Troy and Shelby, Artie and Joyce Sposto (President of his Fan Club) and Terri Mueller (his Web
Master). Welcome aboard and to this family! T.C.B. MAN, “ROCK AND ROLL”
